I’m just back from a prestigious event at the Hippodrome Casino in London’s Leicester Square. Awarded ‘Casino of the Year’ earlier this year, it’s located in the heart of the West End in one of the capital’s most iconic buildings. The mouldings on the proscenium arch are simply stunning as you can see on these photos.

I prepared for my stint as The Deluxe Father Christmas in the Charlie Chaplin dressing room, would you believe, and had a great time taking part in an early seasonal promotion for the venue.
