Now there’s a title I never thought I’d write! But I’m thrilled to announce that Camden Market in the city of London has welcomed its first ever Vagina Museum.

In the words of the museum itself, it’s “the world’s first bricks and mortar museum dedicated to vaginas, vulvas and the gynaecological anatomy”. The museum aims to spread knowledge and awareness of gynaecological anatomy and give people confidence to talk about the female genitals.

The project began in 2017 and this year the first premises opened in Camden Market. As the official town crier of Camden Market, in the City of London, I felt it was my duty to report on what a wonderful initiative this is. I was also lucky enough to feature in one of their adverts – which received over 25,000 hits on Facebook – I practically went viral!
