One of my favourite dates in the diary, Gloucester Retro Festival is set to make its magnificent return this summer. Yes, after last year’s event was cancelled due to the pandemic, this year’s festival is set to return bigger and better than ever! So, roll up! Roll up! Saturday 28th August is the day that Gloucester will go retro this year!

I can’t wait to see the streets lined with Aston Martins and Triumphs, while we celebrate everything from the roaring twenties to the swinging sixties and extravagant eighties. Think flares, jazz, swing dancing and prawn cocktails! Entry is free and we always have a whale of a time.

If anyone needs me, I’ll be spending the next three months deciding what to wear!
