This year’s historic event takes place on Saturday 7th September and will include a colourful parade through the Gate streets led by the Mayor and Sheriff of Gloucester in full civic regalia. As usual, the day will also include the traditional inauguration of the Mock Mayor of Barton and, afterwards, there will be a reception at the Brunswick Baptist Church in Southgate Street.
