I was both delighted and honoured to be invited to take part in the 150th anniversary of Hawkins of Hitchin. I’ve been with the company for 22 years now and, last year, they appointed me official Town Crier for the visit of Her Majesty, The Queen. This week, we will be celebrating in style with a champagne reception for customers old and new as well as many local worthies.
