Lurking in the streets of Gloucester lies a shark: a loan shark! This is your friendly Town Crying reminder that illegal moneylending is a crime. The Money Advice West team based at GL Communities is on the lookout for loan sharks and is making every effort to reel them in.

While this might sound rather tongue in cheek, it’s a real issue as victims are often left too frightened to speak up. If you know of any loan sharks operating in the area please speak out so we can nip them in the bud. The Money Advice West team can be contacted on 0300 555 2222.
