I was recently informed about the death of Alexander Ivanovich Suscenko’s mum, and wish to send all my condolences to his family at this sad time. She was a lovely lady with so many fascinating stories to tell.

For those of you who don’t know, Alexander is the organiser of the Russian Summer Ball in London – an event I look forward to attending every year.

Alexander always does such a magnificent job of organising this iconic event, and I wish him all the best at this time. The Russian Summer Ball typically takes place in June, at a prestigious London address. While it doesn’t look like there’ll be one this year, due to the current pandemic, I’m already looking forward to the next Russian Summer Ball in 2021.
