In a world where we’re all trying to stay as fit and healthy as possible, I thought I’d let you in on my little secret for staying well. I love nothing better than a good swim and a spell in the steam room.
Most days, I swim for 45-minutes (without stopping!) followed by a rest in the steam room. Not only is it really good for me, it gears me up for the day and it helps my arthritic knee. So, if you’re looking for something different to do to improve your fitness and general wellbeing, give swimming (and a blast in the steam room!) a go.
